By using DealPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DealPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
How the escrow works
DealPilot acts as a neutral escrow agent. We hold a buyer's payment securely and release it to the seller only when the deal conditions are met, or resolve it through our dispute process. DealPilot is not a party to the underlying deal between users.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the service.
Fees
Signing up is free. A service fee is charged on successfully completed deals as shown at the time of the transaction. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DealPilot for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited transaction, and not to attempt to bypass escrow, launder funds, or disrupt the platform.
Disputes
If a deal cannot be resolved between the parties, DealPilot will mediate based on the contract and the evidence provided, and may release, refund, or split the escrowed funds. Both parties agree to accept the outcome of this process.
Withdrawals
Released funds are credited to your wallet and may be withdrawn to a supported payout method, subject to any applicable review and limits.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DealPilot after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
